Coaching is becoming a popular term and it is also misunderstood. I describe coaching to many people as the ultimate form of personal development. A coach is different to an instructor and a mentor and has specialist skills to improve performance. The best way to find out is to book a complimentary session, and its usual that productivity and purpose increases immediately.

How does coaching differ to counseling?

Generally coaching tends to focus on the future, whereas counseling focuses on the past. If clients suffer from any form of depression or mental illness then they are referred on to suitable treatment therapies. Coaching increases performance and assist clients reach goals.

How is coaching delivered?

Either face-to-face or on the telephone, with support in-between sessions as required, via email or laser phone calls.
